Facilities that are planned to be built in accordance with the Regulation on the Evaluation and Management of Environmental Noise and that are subject to EIA permission and facilities that are subject to Environmental Permit; While it is obliged to have Acoustic Measurements made in order to determine the noise levels that are likely to occur or occur, businesses that are not subject to Environmental Permit, (complaints for entertainment venues, workplaces, workshops, workshops, new license acquisition, license renewal or during the process of obtaining live music permit) It is responsible for making Environmental Noise Measurements and submitting the Environmental Noise Level Assessment Report to the relevant institution.
